Refund policy
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Velunox. If you wish to return an item, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition that you received it
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Due to hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept returns of any hair-growth serum or personal care product that has been opened, used, tested, or tampered with.
To initiate a return, please contact us at shopvelunox@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used hair-growth products
- Products with broken safety seals
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom products
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopvelunox@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved.
Product Results Disclaimer
Individual results may vary. Hair-growth products can produce different outcomes depending on factors such as genetics, age, scalp condition, health, lifestyle, and consistency of use.
Because results vary from person to person, products are not eligible for refunds based solely on dissatisfaction with results once the product has been opened or used.
